Individual Therapy

Each counseling session is uniquely crafted for the needs of that client. Frequently Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is utilized but every therapist uses an eclectic approach to each client and to each situation for the best fit. The therapist and client work together in the best interest of the client. A safe environment is set in that the client and therapist work as a team to reach the client’s goals.

Every session is confidential, but every therapist has the duty to break confidentiality if a client threatens to hurt themselves or someone else. This is a legal mandate that every therapist has to uphold.

Examples of issues that are frequently presented:

-Stress

-Feeling lost or hopeless

-Anxiety
